Having experienced her own mini Quarter-Life Crisis in her early 20’s, Alice conducted a piece of academic research (published in the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring) on this growing phenomenon to help her understand how coaching could help those in similar situations. As a result, Alice has a developed knowledge of what it’s like to experience a Quarter-Life Crisis and what particular coaching approaches are most effective when working with those in their 20’s and 30’s.
In 2016, Alice went on to become a first-time Mum. Spending a year on Maternity Leave gave Alice the perspective and opportunity to contemplate what a huge challenge it must be for Millennial Mums and Dads to face the prospect of returning to a job they hate. She uses her extensive Career Coaching experience to help such individuals make the most out of their time off work and find a career they’ll love.
Alice’s practice is regulated via the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), of which she is a member. You can access the EMCC Global Ethical Code to which she adheres to here.
