In the midst of a cost of living crisis, I've become acutely aware that there will be people out there who feel stuck in a career they no longer enjoy, who want to work with a Career Coach, but who may have a limited budget to do so.
I'm also aware that I am not a cheap coach - my prices are a little bit more than most. I do believe that you get what you pay for, in general, but also when it comes to coaching. I feel my fees reflect:
- the wealth of experience and knowledge I have accumulated over the 15 years I've been working in this space (way longer when it comes to experience of helping people change and achieve their goals)
- that I am an accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level with the EMCC
- the credibility and thoroughness of my coach training (MA in Coaching & Mentoring; Firework licensed Career Coach)
- the additional credibility, mastery, and knowledge I bring and accumulate through the responsibility I have of supervising other coaches in their work
- the wealth of resources, exercises, tools, access to an exclusive LinkedIn group of fellow career changers, and 12.5 hours of one to one coaching with a highly experienced coach.
At the same time, I do want to help as many people as possible to change career. I really don't like the thought of someone feeling stuck in a career, with no way out. This is what first prompted me to create an online course, based on the full, 12 session, one to one programme I work through with clients.
I created an option where you could work through the full programme yourself online, accompanied by 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions with me (£895). The feedback has been great, and I'm delighted to see these clients moving into new jobs and careers, off the back of what the course has helped them decide to pursue.

I'm not sure you'll find the opportunity to work through a career change for much less than that! You don't get the coaching sessions with this option, but you can book these in along the way (£150 per hour), should you decide you'd like the additional support.
